Aksomati Or Twin Grakata?

Exactly what the title says. Which weapon is better. Except that I can only use these mods: Ice Storm, Pistol Pestilence, Heated Charge, Pistol Ammo Mutation, Hornet Strike , Target Cracker and Convulsion.

So if I need burst I get twin grakata and if I need sustain I get aksomati?

My new question is if I need burst or sustain damage for my secondaries.

 

I currently have a rakta ballistica and an atomos

 

But don't count the atomos because I need two single target secondaries.

 

One with burst, the other with sustain.

 

So basically, is Rakta Ballistica burst damage or sustain damage?
