Probably has more chances to spawn in syndicate missions, due to medaillons.
Have been hunting for this kuria since 3 days or so, scoring around 100+ runs evenly distributed on pretty much any mission type including survival, where i run around with the "go left" method to make sure i never miss any tile. After u18 hit i run 30-ish spy missions in Hapke so that in the meanwhile i farm ivara. No luck 4 u.
