Game Freezes While Loading - Can't Play With Others

My friend has one annoying problem.

 

Game by itself runs in average FPS. Like 50~ in Liset, not rly a problem for a good game experience. If he plays solo - it's ok.

 

Whenever he loads a game (Liset, mission, w/e), game freezes for like 20-40 seconds completely, then it loads as normal. So if he ever tries to join some squad - he gets kicked.

 

If anyone tries to join his game - he gets the same freeze for huge amount of time and the player trying to join gets kicked.

 

This laptop used to run this game as intended, after OS reinstalled and video card drivers freshly installed - there it comes.

 

Btw it runs pretty well with other games like Borderlands, Heroes of the Storm and League of legends.

I had this same problem, myself. Try disabling DirectX in the launcher settings. If this stops the game from displaying visuals, switch to windowed or borderless mode. Fixed the issue for me.

My nephew had this exact problem a while back too when he was playing on an old laptop. We managed to get it working by unchecking the 64-bit mode in the settings that can be found in the game launcher. Also try turning off DirectX 11 and see if that helps too.

Facing the same issue since 18.0.1, fps drops are still the same.
