Unable To Start Second Dream. Pics Of Completed Quests Including Message With Exilus Adapter Inside.

Well the title says it all guys... myself and a number of other players are basically screwed out of playing the new content because the game simply refuses to give us second dream.. I have verified my game cache.. I have done a clean install.. I have relogged dozens of times.. I tryed scanning another oculyst.. I even helped another guy finish the natah quest who got second dream without a problem upon which point he told me he got both an exilus adapter and the new quest in his inbox upon completion to which I respond where is mine DE?

Ikr I don't have it either I completed Natah quest after u18 dropped and it still shows the picture of natal quest and no second dream quest
