Solar Rail Ui No Exit Button And Missing Solar Rails, Preventing Rail Construction

After U18 my clan members and I are unable to edit our solar rail due to a bug with the UI when you access the "Configure Solar Rail Defenses" panel and Click "Edit Schema". 

 

Once you open that It just says "Choose A Schema" and nothing else, the solar rail isn't even there now.  It doesn't have an exit button and you have restart the game.

 

We have two Solar Rail rooms and have checked both ending in the same results. Which work fine before U18.

(We have two because we moved the rooms to the second floor and the blueprint didn't transfer to the new room)

 

We tested this with four of our clan members.

Why won't you let me have my war??? Try to get my room built and I can't even select my rail.
