Extermination Glitch

Currently in a quest (forgot what it's called) where you are a spy to get codices, then afterwards you have to kill everyone. I've done all that and there are 3 enemies left, who are no where to be found.

 

I've searched everywhere, and wasted like 40 minutes. I don't want to restart because it was pretty hard to solve all the data things and I've failed this mission 3+ times from triggering the alarm and them destroying the data.

 

Is my only solution right now to abort? :(

 

EDIT: Finally after a hour and about to give up, I ended up completing the mission. Basically there was a red dot on my map past a door which was red (can't go through that). I looked everywhere and couldn't find it. I ended up going into a random room, and then 3 enemies spawned in the floor below me. I think me going into that room triggered them to spawn? Either way, this must be fixed.... I'm not very happy atm -_-

There are quite a few bugs atm in extermination. Enemies being behind locked red doors, enemies not spawning etc. If you encounter this, make a support ticket and tell them about your bug, then they'll probably get word of this and solve it.

This is why I bring ignis to every extermination mission. It has a huge range and punch through which lets me get past these issues.
