DAWGUNITALPHA
Seriously, DE? You make an enemy that just randomly decides to pin you down for several seconds from anywhere in the room (sometimes through walls, through obstacles, from anywhere it wants) any time it wants and there's nothing the player can do about it beyond being lucky enough that the AI decides not to let every other enemy in the room shoot them to death. It gets harder and harder to support you guys.
MetalGerbil
clam down. the wall/box thing is a bug and im sure they will fix it. the leash itself is a skill shot with travel time. you can dodge it if you can see it coming.
Meenmu
GET OVER HERE I dont totally hate them. Since the update, they have become a bit more tolerable.

Doesn't help that the leash is remarkably unnoticable, moves pretty fast unless you're running at like 10FPS and more often then not they spawn in right behind you because the game likes to spawn ungodly hordes of dudes in rooms you just cleared now. Voracious
They are such great challenge! instead of just sitting back in shooting, i actually have to be ninja and move around to dodge their hooks.

Ghobe
Dear lord don't nerf these. Fix the bugs yes, but don't nerf them. It's something to actually look for in all the monotony. I was happy to see these when I returned to the game today.
Worira
They're less awful than they were, but still pretty bad.
A5PECT
The grappling lines actually having travel time helps a lot. There's the unresolved issue of Scorpions not having to wind up (if it's supposed to be thrown) or taking the slightest amount of time to aim the hook (if it's supposed to be projectiled from some kind of launching device) before firing. There's no physical device on the Scorpion's person and the lack of a relevant animation makes the exact functionality of the device ambiguous (as stated above, is it thrown by the Scorpion, is it launched, where is the line stored before firing, where is the winch mechanism that reels the line back in, if there's no winch why doesn't the scorpion have to manually pull the line after latching on to something? etc.). The line magically spurts out of the Scorpion's otherwise perfectly normal hand. Oh, it's also painfully obvious that the animation that is there is just a recycling of the Tenno capture/revive animation.
