0 KorbanGado
I know youtube will murder video quality the longer the video is but is there a way to cut/edit the video before you upload it? On my end the problems with OBS seems to be more it just can't keep up with the game on my rig (overall making the game recording look like it's worse than it is). Oddly enough, the in-built windows 10 game DVR (while being agitating through it being finicky) has been recording video rather flawlessly for me (which I then usually just downscale to 720 for youtube so it doesn't take up as much space on my end, nor as long to upload on youtube's end). I don't think I've uploaded longer than a 30 or 40 minute video though, so I can't really speak for hour+ videos like you seem to have there. If you want to cut/edit the video, there's plenty of video-editing software out there, and if all you are looking to do is find some to do simple cuts, you might even be able to find some free ones somewhere depending on your OS. 0 xTrimmZ
I myself wouldn't recommend OBS. I use dxtory; it works flawlessly, especially when you're using the legarith lossless video codec. Yes, the recordings can be quite large, buy IMO the quality is worth it. As far as the editing software goes, I'd recommend either Sony Vegas pro or adobe after effects.
