Quest Problems

So im pretty new to this game. And im trying to do the Second Dream quest but I need to do Natah first. I hv master rank 8 so is Natah a build quest or planet quest. Where or how am I suppose to obtain it

Uranus planet, keep playing Uranus nodes until you hear a weird noise ingame, then look for the drones that spawned and scan them with the codex scanner(Found in the market for purchase with credits)

 

You need to finish the Archwing quest first and then make your Archwing

 

Archwing is needed to go to Uranus

To get the Natah Quest, you will have to do runs on Uranus, any mission will do. The more you play on the Sea lab levels (You must have an Archwing to access the missions), the more it increases the chance to spawn 2 blue sentients named Oculysts (They are the key to obtain the Natah Quest). You must have the Codex Scanner with you and scan them. You may have to be stealthy too as they vanish if spotted or they are done doing what they're doing. After that, you must finish the mission successfully. It took me 10-15 runs just to encounter the sentients

EDIT: You will know the sentients are near-by when your screen flickers like when a Stalker/Juggernaut has spawned. Once flickered, be ready with your Codex Scanner. They usually pop up early in the mission, with dead un-ragdolled bodies.
