So i know there is way to take you account from pc and bring to the xbox/ps4 but can you do it the other way around?

No, it has been stated several times that there will never be a console to PC transfer.

There was one big transfer when the ps4 and xbox one versions first came out. A friend of mine contacted customer service to ask about it and they said that it was unknown if or when there would be another one. My recommendation, if you haven't spent too much time or money and you'd rather switch, then do so.

A pc to console transfer was first introduced when it was ported onto console, for players that had invested a lot of time on the PC version but would like to play on the console more. This was removed however after everyone got situated and comfortable on the platforms they wanted to play.

OP was asking about console to pc transfer which has never been offered and DE has stated will never be offered.
