Bug On The New Stranger Quest

So i'm playing 2nd quest of The New Stranger Quest where you have to synthesis Synthesis target.
After 3 scans, the Synthesis target still dind't synthesis and I can't scan it anymore.
It this is some kind of bug or something?

Did you use the Synthesis scanner on the 3 or 4 bubbles on the target?

Each synthesis target has 4 nodes that you have to scan to complete the synthesis. You might have missed one of those

Try moving around the target while holding down the scan button.
