Can I Disable Two-Factor Authentication?

I want to disable two-factor authentication just in case, see if it makes any difference. Issue that I have is that my IP address is blocked off because I typed in an incorrect password. I know it's 'supposed' to be temporarily, but it's not, it's lasting forever...and for a week or more.

 

I already have requested DEs to disable my two-factor authentication through Warframe support and waiting on their reply....

 

This is so frustrating that you can't access Warframe.

HIya, if you go to warframe.com and log into your account management it should give youo the option to diable it or does it not let into that page. i dont have it enabled but assuming that where the disable button is. if your ip has been blocked i was checking and its only supposed to last for 24 hours.

 

if youve already sent a ticket in it may be that DE support is really busy.

Nope at least for me there's no such option just says it's enabled, honestly i think you might have to contact support if you haven't done so yet.

 

Also check your email to see if you need to grant access to that PC/IP, that's how it works.
