Honor Of The Lotus Help

I just got the Honor of the Lotus as a login reward. From what I understand it gives me 50% off my next platinum purchase. However I can't figure out how to apply the discount, going to the PS Store doesn't show any discount. Any help would be appreciated.

We console players do not get discounts on plat purchases as login rewards.  You likely got a coupon that discounts many of the plat items in the market.  You can only use the coupon on 1 item and it doesn't work on bundles.

Thanks. After restarting the game I can now see that various items that cost plat and credits are discounted.

This is because DE cannot do individual reductions on the consoles, because those stores aren't theirs, but owned by sony on Microsoft and they don't want to lose money.

Yeah, it's pretty much this. Anything in the PSN store that gets discounted is individual to PSN's sales than the game itself. Usually they have sales on big holidays. We had the same with PS version of DCUO.
