Chatting Loading Problem (Bug?)

Hey guys and DE. 

 

I sorta got a little problem. My chat keep loading. I dont know why. I tried logging in using my friend pc and it still doesnt work. My friend chat work perfectly fine. Is it my account problem? or a bug in game? Please fix it if its a bug. i really need to sell some stuff. I hope this thing will be fixed ASAP.

Have you tried checking your internet connection? May be a problem either with your speeds, or your router in general, ports may need to be opened. If not, then try filling out a support ticket Warframe.com/support

If you're unsure of your current internet speed, try doing a speed test: speedtest.net

It has no problem with the internet. coz my friend tried log in using this pc, same internet and he still can use the chatting thing. i just submitted a ticket to DE. hope will get reply soon.

this happened to me im on ps4 and it sucks and it pointless i cant trade and my clan with think i'm not online if it doesn't load and my internet is fine i hope there is a fix
