How To Send A Ticket?

Question

What the title says.

 

I didn't get my Kuria decor because of the blank Lotus message bug from 2-3 weeks ago. Then someone told me to try warframe support to get it.

 

I sent my problem including screenshots of the blank lotus message, the proof that I scanned all kurias in the codex, and my decoration inventory that was empty. But after 2 weeks I still didn't get my kuria.

 

Is there something wrong with how I sent a ticket?

 

If I did it wrong, what is the step by step procedure in sending one?

Did you already get an answer to your ticket? Just check on support.warframe.com (log in -> my activities)

If you haven't yet then support hasn't gotten to your request yet. They're very busy, so please be patient
