Game Freezes, Then Loses Connection. Occasionally Crashes.

Recently Warframe has been freezing, then about 75% of the time it freezes, i will lose connection (weather I'm hosting or not). It will also completely crash from time to time. I have been playing Warframe for months and i never had ANY problems until about 2 weeks ago. Now its basically unplayable, because i don't want to get 30 min+ into a survival and crash out.

tl;dr Game freezing and losing connection/crashing just in the past few weeks. Was flawless before.

What I have already done:

Updated graphics drivers

Defragged all drives

Replaced CPU cooler (it was running a bit hot, now its usually around 30-40 C)

Restarted Comp multiple times

Made sure there are no unnecessary programs mucking up my CPU

Reset internet. and confirmed a good, strong signal

My specs: 

Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit

AMD A10-7850K

16gb DDR3 933MHz

2gb GTX 750ti

ASUS crossblade ranger

 

Internet:

Comcast
Ping: 15-25 ms

Down:50-60 mb/s

Up:11-14 mb/s

The same has been happening to me since last week as well

I never have gotten game freezes. Today I got one. Survival mission and after acolyte. Playing on PC.

 

Game froze for 20 seconds after acolyte appeared and the game continued after the freeze just fine - excluding host migration and other stuff. Managed to record it. Keep your eye on the survival timer on top left corner to exclude doubts that i'm trolling/cheating with video editor.

Game has never done this before. Happened after todays 18.4.3 update.
