Tenno Writings At The End Of Alert

Earlier today i finished an alert and immediatly after some strange tenno writings showed up wite a title in red and a text in white. I managed to take some screenshots : http://imgur.com/a/ipAsW 

Do anyone know what this is? i managed to decode the title which gave me something like: Void Link Seberd so i guess it was void link severed ive played warframe for over 1000 hours and didnt find something like that once. I really suck at translating things and it takes me a lot of time to do so so id like to know if someone could help me find out what it is and what it means. I also asked my teammates and the others didnt see it.
