Unlocking Nodes On Planets?

Im confused by how opening nodes on planets work , I'm trying to kill the sergant on mars so i can unlock nodes on Jupiter for alad V but all nodes on mars are locked expect 3 which i already finished over and over..

 

Currently i'm at kubrow egg quest not finished and archwing quest not finished , do i have to finish those in order to progress?? I don't get it..

 

It just doesn't say why are nodes locked ... Would really appreciate some help.

To unlock nodes you have to play the adjacent tiles. To have a node count as played, you have to actually play one successful misson on it. (The regular. not alerts and the like)

Boss tiles give you the nav Segment for the next planet.

White highlighted nodes are unfinished , right? i thought they meant finished instead at some point making me confused and replaying missions lol

Yes, those that 'blink' with a white frame are not yet finished.

to open next node, jsut clear the one before it ( beside it)
