Please Help!

I was recently made the Co-Owner of the clan I am in. The original founder has moved on to another game and wanted me to take over. However I am having a problem,I can't promote or demote anyone in the clan. I checked the ranks and the co-owner does have the ability to promote other tenno. The option doesn't come up for me when I click on their name though. If anyone has any ideas or tips or suggestions on how I can fix this please let me know.

You can also do what Sormatte said but you contacting the founder will be much faster and easier. That being said it was a pleasure helping you. Wish you the best for your clan.

The founder has to come back to warframe and make you a warlord. Warlords have all options by default. That's the only way to do it.

If you can prove that the warlord has given you permission to take over the clan, you can try to contact support.

Thank you both. I'll also try what Sormatte said. I just found out from my clanmates that the warlord wont be back for a month or so.
