Help Figure Out What Happened

So recently my friends decided to start warframe and im a "veteran" but apperantly my good account with all the potatoed stuff and rare mods is closed /"inactive" for no reason im not a hacker or something 100%.

now I contacted DE support and all I got is an answer saying I need to verify an email which when I do so its says inactive link and they dont answer me for few days

what can I do just wait ?

I really dont want to start a new player after 2 years of playing.

I'd recontact them if the link they had sent was inactive. That's your best bet.

It depends exactly "how" long you'v really been gone and how "inactive" you'v really been, games hardly ever keep a tab on accounts that hardly play so keeping these inactive accounts from just piling up is a good idea but their must be a way to get your game back depending on the severity. 

 

Id say try reinstalling warfare again just to make sure nothings odd in that sense and if it happens a second time recontact them with another support ticket, the worst that can happen is they say you'v just been gone way to long the least is you have a while to wait.

they helped me and everything is fine opening new ticket got thier attention really fast
