Need Help! Clan Emblem

First off, forgive me if this is in the wrong section.

I need a clan emblem. (Ps4) i have no idea how to make one.

Can someone make me one that represents the shadows maybe the lotus but blacked out with glowing red eyes with an aura around it with a demonic looking smile showing the teeth...i am willing to pay 200pl for this making and you will recieve payment after it has been sent to me via email.. email will be givin privately after you have contacted me stating the emblem has been made...

you need to Submit a 128 by 128 picture toi DE and pay 150 plat and if they approve it they will change it and if they dont aprove the picture duo to harasment or a inapropiet picture you lose your 150 plat and your emblem wont change.

My problem is that i cannot get a 138 by 128 pic to look right without distorting it or having a backround "square" if you know what i mean thats why im askong someone to make one for me.

Crop your image. I did a custom crop for mine using just GIMP 2.0 which is free. Zoom in a lot for a close crop.

Then scale down with percentages, not pixel counts until both height and width are under the 128p limit. This'll keep you from getting odd looking dimensions.
