Game Going In Windowed Mode On Its Own

On my laptop I use screen deactivation after 2 minutes afk. Only in the last two days it happens that my game goes in windowed mode from fullscreen every time my screen deactivates. Also I found some weird changes in video options that I hadn't made.
I have no idea how to solve this, anybody got the same bug or knows a solutions?

I had this issue every time my desktop screen went to sleep. For some reason after reinstalling the game, it went away.
