Returning Player To Warframe

So it's been quite awhile since I've last played Warframe seriously. Because of this I'm very outdated on what's new on Warframe so if anyone could be kind enough to tell me the more important changes from the Archwing update to now would be great.

Welcome back! It may look a tad bit overwhelming to have the game change so much since your last visit, but you can catch up in no time! The game has gained in terms of lore and swag factor! Of course I won't spoil you the details, that is for you to experience (referring to the Second Dream quest).
