Settings Screwed Up

So, I was messing with the display settings but then I picked an option that wasn't supported. Screen goes black and now I tried relogging in but it's stuck at those settings so I can't change them. Is there a way to do it outside the game?

You could delete your saved game file.  This file contains all of your settings and none of your progress in the game.

I'm also sad we don't have .ini file where we could tweak the settings outside the game.

 

But you could try that little gear on the upper corner of the launcher to change fullscreen on and off to see does it do anything.

Settings -> Application Save Data Management -> Save Data in System Storage

 

Find warframe and delete the file.
