i dont know what is rotaion and can i affect it?

Rotations are found on all endless missions: Excavation, Defense, Survival and Interception. The rotations are based on when the drop occurs and rotate A,A,B,C every 4 drops (20 waves defense, 20 minutes survival, 20 wave intercept, every 4 successful excavators.

 

So on Excavation looking for keys? They drop on rotation B, so 3-7-11-15-19-23-27-31 etc. etc.

No, for missions where there is a scheduled drop from a random pool, there is no way to change the probabilities.
