Aiming and sensitivity questions

As for the sensitivity, is there an config file that allows you to edit the sensitivity yay or nay?

 

As for aiming, sounds a bit dumb.  But do I have to use my arm or my arm and wrist?

Having some targeting issues with leading the targets.

well sir to move the mouse you drag the mouse to the left, to the right, forwards and backwards

ok now the real answer i use arm because if you use wrist it hurts alot

somewhere in the options there you can change sensitivity

As for sensitivity I meant a .cfg file where you can input numbers instead of using the slider in-game.

Just like:   C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Warframe\EE.cfg

But the sensitivity isn't located there.
