[Warframe Concept] Horae - Time Based Defense And Crowd Control.

HORAE is a female balanced support warframe designed to counter chaotic situations using a variety of CC.

 

Health - 75.0
Power - 150.0
Armor - 40.0
Shield Capacity - 150
Shield Recharge - 12.5
Sprint Speed - 1.2

Skill 1 - Lapse - 25 ENERGY

Horae jumps back in time 5/5/7/9 seconds; returning her Shield, Health, Ammo, and resetting all buffs and debuffs to their former state and location.

Skill 2 - Haste - 50 ENERGY

Improves Horae's weapons Rate of Fire, Swing Rate, Projectile Speed, and Reload Speed by 60/60/80/100 percent for 6/6/8/10 seconds on use.

Skill 3 - Eternity - 75 ENERGY

Horae rapidly ages all targets in a range of 6/6/9/12 in front of her, slowing and reducing damage by 40/40/55/70 Percent and removing all armor for 6/6/8/10 seconds. Enemies killed under the effect of Eternity are reduced to dust.

Skill 4 - Radial Stasis - 100 ENERGY

Horae freezes all enemies in place over a 10/10/16/22 radius for 6/6/8/10 seconds. All debuffs, status effects, and marks such as Eternity, Well of Life, Venom do not count against their duration when enemies are in stasis.

Horae is a time themed Warframe named for the Greek goddesses of seasons. All of Horae's skills revolve around the manipulation of time, and combine to create a powerful support kit and survivability while amplifying to usefulness of the skills of her teammates and still being able to handle otherwise chaotic situations.

Skill 2 - String Theory - 50 ENERGY - Alt1

Horae collides alternate timelines, shredding enemies with infinite alternate manifestations of herself. She summons 4/4/6/8 phantoms of herself to strike a target in 12/12/18/24 range with melee, dealing damage based on their weapon.

Skill 2 - Countdown - 50 ENERGY - Alt2

Horae marks an enemy for death within 20/20/25/30 range. At then end of the countdown, 100/100/150/200 percent of all damage they received over the 6/6/8/10 seconds is dealt.

Skill 4 - Global Stasis - 100 ENERGY - Alt1

Horae freezes all enemies on the map for 5/5/7/9 seconds. All debuffs, status effects, and marks such as Eternity, Well of Life, Venom do not count against their duration when enemies are in stasis.

Ancients pls. OK if the AoE is small enough then this could actually work.

And #4 is repetitive of Rhino's Stomp and Vauban's Bastille.

 

 

It's somewhat similar to Rhino's stomp, but it acts as a stun/amplifications of other skills. I'll work on some alternatives.
