Reticle color and cursor

There are two issues I have ran across over the corse of playing this game. 

I've been having issues lately trying to see the reticle during missions, especially while aiming with a sniper, and even more so on corpus Map where there is a lot of white.  

Also, while getting gear and while using a revive, it is extremely hard to find the cursor, especially in high stress situations.  

Unless i'm the only one running into this, can we get an option to change the reticle color during missions? And also can we get the cursor to show up on the entire screen during gear usage and revive?  

Unless I am alone on this, these two simple changes could take a lot of stress out of trying to aim, as well as getting gear and using lives.
