Loot And Score After-Match Register Failing?

Now what do I mean by this.. 

Been playing some matches with friends. Been grinding for warframes so they can have some more fun with the game and all. We also notice (what the topic says) some glitches or some sort. The game doesnt registrer half of our loot and score.

For an example. My friend had a "Headshot 10 enemies" inside game quest. And so he did. completed. It said he had got 2 headshots through the game.

 

I was going for the boss on WAR (Mars) for some morphics and Mag blueprints (Might as well level her up and see how to play with her, since the Prime is coming soon). I got 2 morphics from that match, 1 mag helmet blue print (had one from before) and some other resources that I didnt keep track of. After the match was done. NO blueprint and no morphics where to be found. So I ask, Devs... What is this? is this a bug you guys havent seen ? if you guys havent then I sure have given you the hint of the existence of it.

 

This is what have been happening lately. Does anyone have the same glitch or bug?
