[Suggestion] Clan Allies

My friends and I thought it'd be cool to be able to ally clans and connect dojos together, so two clans could donate resources to each other. This would be a solution to the small clans problem so small clans can group up with the big clans and get the blueprints and whatnot for the research items. This of course could only be done if both warlord agree with becoming allies. This would also add a feature to war clans, where they could duel against each other for credits and resources and whatnot. This could be promoted by a Clan Theme feature. So clans had to be a certain theme and could only research those items. This means Grineer Themed and Corpus Themed would have to become allies to get all of the research weapons.
