Catalyst

1- Use it on the Hek

2- Use it on the Grakata

3- Use it on the Ogris

 

Reactor

1- Use it on Rhino

2- Wait and use it on the new antimatter Warframe

Hek, Boltor, or ogris. All different playstyles, pick the one that suits you.

Hek or Ogris, wouldn't do it to the Grakata unless it gets a small buff. I wouldn't considering using one on Rhino until after they rework his abilities.

I would also go with the Hek for your catalyst. I potatoed my Hek and it's a blast. As for the reactor I would save it until you find a frame you really enjoy playing.

because stacking multiple copies of the same mod on one weapon wasn't completely broken? Hek is still among the best weapons in the game.

of the options you listed i'd potato the hek ('ve potato'd and forma'd my hek 3 times and am quite happy with it.) and wait for the antimatter warframe to use the reactor on. I haven't bothered with the rhino since it was nerf'd into oblivion and the subsequent 'buff' makes iron skin useless against high-level content that can break through the 800 damage absorbtion cap in one or two shots. The rest of it's abilities don't make up for iron skin's ineffectiveness. I'm waiting for a complete rework of the rhino before i bother with it again, and if the last live-stream is any indication- i'll be waiting for quite some time. =/

If you haven't tried out Banshee, Saryn, or some variant of Frost, I would ST ONGLY recommend testing them out before making a final conclusion.

 

Definitely Hek though, I don't even own one and I can agree to that statement. Also, you may want to look into the Despair if you have them...
