Someone Who Can Help Me Make A Website?

Forgive me if this is the wrong forum, I am new here. However, I am passionate about making a pretty looking website for the group I am trying to pull together and my skills at making them are definitely wanting. I'm not really asking for an employee, just some advice about how to set one up int he fields of displaying art, minor sounds, accessibility etc.

First off in a website you do not want sounds, it will piss of ppl more than it will do any good :)

Just use enjin that is what most uses anyways :)
