Incorrect Purchase Help!

Hello admins, I put in a support ticket two days ago and am still awaiting a response... I clicked a locked colour and it prompted me to buy the palette. I went to cancel and accidentally hit the purchase and it went through immediately! Honestly, these purchases should be available in the MARKET ONLY, so people cannot accidentally purchase things they DO NOT WANT. I've been without my platinum now for two days and am waiting for someone to please revert the purchases so I can use my platinum to buy reactors/catalysts!! Can anyone please help??

Just be patient with a response from support. They will get to you. If you really have to, you can message a DE member to bring your ticket to the attention of the support team, but that is usually only if you have been waiting an unusually prolonged amount of time (i.e. one and a half or two weeks).
