Feedback On Newest Operation/secret Open Test

Alright, so weve heard all the ups and downs of the current event from players, but what was the real intention of the event?

the players themselves had a wonderful opportunity to obtain new stuff. stuff we have been informed will be changed in the future to become more powerful as it develops. some of us enjoy the new artifacts, some of us just put them into the library we have. overall, we have lost nothing from this event.

but what did this event give us that we didnt notice or hasnt been mentioned?

1. the new RNG alert system is being tested in this event! if you look down the lists, a number of interesting things have happened with the alerts.

a. the artifacts are lining up just as predicted in the live stream! instead of one item spamming over and over, its chances of happening again is dropped, giving other items in the list a chance to pop up next.

b. the alerts are popping within a predictable time window! each alert is about 2-4 hours apart. you can assume or even get a feel for when the next alert will hit.

2. a new style of defense, a target defense, is now being fine tuned. this new mode is something that many high end players can appriciate, because it gives us the opportunity to have the fun we were looking for instead of just leaving at wave 5 when everyone sees that T2 exterm key.

3. new defend targets! its not just about the cryopod anymore, it can be turned into anything of importance. we saw some of this in the reactor core in the grineer mining caves, but it was bulky and rather specific to the map it was in. the cryopod and the artifact can be placed in many different maps, as well as locations through out the maps.

in conclusion, id say the tests were a booming success for the people who 'secretly' tested the new methods on us in the disguise of an event. i am really excited about the new RNG system you guys are planning to put into place for the alert system.

i am also excited in the new defense style and hope you will keep this as a viable option in future missions, as well as possible new mission areas.
