Chat is not loading

Hey does anyone know what going on because my chat isn't loading and it been at it for about 4 days. And I was wondering if I'm the only one that is getting it?

Have you checked your Game Files (Pressing the cog in the Launcher and then hitting Verify)? If the chat doesn't load it's usually a Server Related issue but it could be a Client Side issue as well. If that doesn't work, please contact the Support Team at https://digitalextremes.zendesk.com/

thanks i tried to verify it but that didn't help so now ill try the support team
