Relic selection not persistent

If you've chosen a relic and then decide to run the mission alone, because matchmaking doesn't find anyone else within your parameters, or matchmaking decides to make you host for a PuG, you have to select the relic again. However, if you decide to back out of Navigation after picking a relic, it still shows your last selected relic in your loadout overview - so that information has to be stored somewhere and the second selection screen should not be necessary.

Also have the same problem but I also noticed sometimes it  finds no one to play but as soon as I select the relic for the second time an immediate match for a game in progress in found so it seems it is simply not registering your first selection at all
