Please Turn Off Decoy Constant Pistol Sounds -Confusing!

I love this game & want it to be even more successful but It's very confusing & annoying for new players since the constant Decoy pistol firing sounds makes it unable to know if enemies are still firing at the players or not

Make the game more newbie friendly to attract & hold more players --silence is often the only way players know that all enemies have been killed or no longer firing at them

Please fix!

The decoy starts firing when enemy are near and stops when there are none left. This can useful for pointing you in the direction of the enemy. Or to tell you they're all dead. What you're asking for would lower the usefulness of the decoy and in that be considered a nerf. So no thank you.

Aparently a loki firing a trash-pistol is the most annoying thing in the universe.  At first, you don't understand why it is... but the bad guys just flock to him every time!  Then, about 150 hours of Loki time behind you, you put out the decoy and he's shooting at the roof because theres some baddie two floors above you walking a route and suddenly you can't stand the sight of him... And that's how aggro works boys and girls.

 

Also, yeah... if you don't know where the last baddie is on an exterminate mission, just spam decoys into the larger rooms and listen for the pops... look where he's aming, and clean up.  Loki ftw.

Normally I would agree but it's Loki. All of his skills are designed to troll the hell out of other plays, since decoy is rather useful it also has to have a completely unecessary annoying noise to keep the troll aspect of the character.

^^This.  I use my decoy to find hiding/stuck/bugged enemies.  If it ain't shooting, there isn't anything nearby.  If it's shooting, look at the direction its pointing its gun at, that's the direction of the enemy (don't look at its 'bullet tracers', they sometimes bug out and fly in a different direction then its gun is pointing).

Yup very true.

 

 

To Op, if you observe carefully, the decoy will only fire when there are enemies. This will alert you with its pistol sound.

So, no thank you as well.
