New Weapon: Fire Splat Gun.

The original idea was for a Pistol to be researchable in the Chem lab, though it doesn't have to be a pistol.

 

The weapon fires a blob of fire fuel, relatively slow moving with heavy arcing. The impact doesn't do any normal damage but instead burns the target with a Damage over time effect for a short duration.

What the Napalm Grineer use against is similar to Ember's 1 ability, this is not what I was thinking of. The effect would apear more like what fire damage mods on a weapon does, just more intense. It is specific to the enemy that got hit, not an AOE.

Something suggests me that we're not so far from getting those kind of weapons.

Fire AOE weapon AKA Fire Grenade Launcher (which is different from Ogris!).

Ice AOE weapon.

Electro AOE weapon.

And so on.

I don't think it would even be that hard to add.

EDIT I want the GES BioRifle.
