Resource relocation idea for new players

This is a suggestion that resource location should be reworked following Starchart 3.0.

I have seen lots of new players asking help for Control Modules or asking where to get Nano Spores. But they are the tip of the iceberg. Since the Starchart 3.0 has started, new players seems to have difficulty especially in getting Mutagen Samples, Argon Crystals, Nitain Extracts, Neural Sensors, Control Modules, Nano Spores and Plastids. Until they open the first halves of junctions they cannot construct some Warframes or weapons such as Rhino they got at the Venus. And sometimes it results in a bad circle. Maybe this problem includes resource localization problem. Neural Sensors, Galliums and Circuits exist only in certain areas while Alloy Plates is so common.

To take instances, the following changes may help new players:

• Lua's resources to the same resources as VOID's
• Alloy Plates of the Sedna and the Venus to Neural Sensors
• Detonite Ampules of the Mercury to Mutagen Samples
• Morphics of the Mars to Nano Spores
• Morphics and Rubedoes of the Europa to Galliums and Circuits
