(Encrypted, Nanobot, Directional, Observation.) But do we really know who Baro is? Look no further! My informant from Info Wars has given me his true identity! A photo of his father below. That's right, 'Q' from the historical documents of Star Trek Next Generation, is Baro Ki`Teer's FATHER! 'Baro is born in Mars' Pah! Nonsense! He grew up in Mars, but he was born on the USS Defiant.
