Cant play warframe

When I launch warframe from steam or the no steam launcher I get the error :

Update failed!

Some content update could not be downloaded on our servers plz retry 

well its been 5 days now that I cant play and before I could play normaly I checked evreything I could find about this error but I didnt found any resaults maybe here someone could help me

This is caused by the idiots launching DDoS attacks against Warframe

Well its been happening for almost a week now and my friends can play it so its strange :/

Go to steam, under library  right click the WF app got to "properties", click "verify local content". It should repair your install of Warframe. if it fails properly uninstall via steam and reinstall, if the problem persists yell again.

well I already tried that twice :/ + I am not using the steam version I used it but I delleted it
