Selling mods

I have a bunch of duplicate mods from all kinds, so i was thinking on selling them for endo and credits and maybe transmute the gold once for a chance on rarer once. Now i have the question is there a way to sell the duplicates without selling the onces you have on your warframe ? , since whenever i sell mods it keeps saying to me that i have that mod on my warframe , so i don't accidentaly sell one of my warframe mods in the process
