I know this question has been asked many times but I couldn't find any answers using the search option.

I don't want to waste any money on steam wallet and want to pay through Paypal, so that I won't be forced to use 20€ when I need to pay 17.99€ and then upgrade and lose even more money. Is there a paypal button somewhere?

I'm sorry, but what are you talking about?

I don't know, maybe its regional-specific issue. I live in Russia, and if i want to buy Hunter Pack, as example, and it costs 1548,99 Rubles, I can put exactly 1548,99 in my Steam wallet and make a purchase. Isn't it so in other countries?

As for Euro prices compared to USD, blame VAT. USA doesn't have it, but EU has.
