Patient Zero Bug?

Hello, I recently completed the Pluto-Eris junction and immediately began the Jordas Precept Quest since I already had Pherliac Pods built since I prepared long ago as this is my new account (previously was on PS4 but didn't know how to transfer account so I made a new one). Just tonight I went to begin the "Patient Zero" Quest just to discover it was not in my Quests area at the Codex area. I did attempt to redo the junction and close and re-open Warframe but neither had any effect. Any help would be highly appreciated as I currently am lacking things to do in the game, especially since TWW isn't anywhere close lol

Patient Zero must be built in the foundry before it will show up in your codex to begin.  Try checking your foundry first.
