I don't know if it's been posted before but if you're having trouble finding Kuria 1-3 "THE TALE OF TWO SISTERS" head to Eurasia, Earth. It's a mobile defense node you'll have to visit at night. I'm not sure if it HAS to be at night but that's what worked for me. I've also made a video on it's specific location.
