That aside, upload your image to sites like imgur. At the forums, there is a button at the lower right part of the text editor when you create a topic or reply that says "Insert other media". This will allow you to post the picture you uploaded using its url.

Alternatively, you can just pase the image link to the forums and it should automatically embed the image, just make sure that you're using the url that ends in .jpg or .png
