This helped me with the Agility test quite a bit. Gamebreaking Guides EMS has a brief video without dialog (ugh) for opening the Data Vaults. Mute early, pause often! Warframe Wikia has a curt written guide with related—though not supportive—screenshots, for the Halls of Ascension. There's mention of an Arboretum room. I will add others that don't suck.
