Forgive me, still learning a lot of things about the game. I have a nice shiny new "Zarr" cannon. I want to throw terminal velocity on it but when I have the weapon equipped the mod won't show up. The Zarr definitely uses rifle mods, so is there some restriction to terminal velocity I'm unaware of?
