Warframe content creator glyphs?

I've been seeing this around and I'm confused, how are people getting glyphs that are obviously logos for various Warframe YouTubers and stuff? Last night I was in a squad with someone using a glyph that was obviously Tactical Potato's logo, and just now I saw one that was so clearly Cephalon Shy's logo, what is this sorcery?

We have glyph codes that we can give out to viewers so that they can get our glyph in game. Each creator gives out their codes very differently though, so I can't really say what to do to get one apart from continue watching and supporting their content =)
