Just to better understand, how do you choose the Host ?

90% of Public joined Games are completely unplayable, 

I never saw any Online Game have so much Connection Problems like Warframe.

Not even Modern Warfare which was also Local Host Based, 

with much more Players from around the World had such big lag issues.

I set my Region and Group Ping to the lowest 100 and still it's a Pain to Play Public.

So my Question how do your System choose the Host ?

I have 50MB Fiber Cable and see myself never as Host in Public Game,

so do People Host with a C64 and 56K Modem or what is going on ?

Yeah, I've noticed this happening more times than I can count the past month, despite having same speed Xfinity at my house.  I tend to think that it is kind of like their android app where it just completely ignores that you don't want audible alerts below a specified credit amount.
